They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. The fillings and crowns I got only lasted a couple of weeks. They didn't do a very good job putting them on. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
