The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I think the size is perfect for their office. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and relaxed during my visit.
