I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The reason I am disappointed is nothing to do with the level of service or the condition of the office. It is because I paid IN FULL at the time of service to have a tooth removed the day before I left for the military and when I got back, I had a bill for $75 more waiting for me. If this is how your billing department works, something needs to change. The only reason I haven't fought this is because when I paid, I paid in cash and did not take a receipt. Oh well....it is what it is. There are other dentists and I am happy to check them all out until I find the one who is right for me!! :)
