They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was very comfortable the entire time. The dentists were professional and polite but office staff acted as if they were in fifth grade. If your even a little unattractive don"t bother because the dental hygienists will let you know! They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
