I had such a wonderful experience with staff of Dr. Smith's office, but an absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Smith himself. After getting x-rays done at my first appointment, I left the office with pain in two places in my mouth due to the placement of the bitewings. The pain in the two places in my mouth where the bitewing was located, soon turned into incredibly painful and large ulcers. I called the Dr. Smith's office a few days later to explain about the ulcers in my mouth and to ask if I could receive any type of medicine to deal with the horrible pain. Instead of assuring me right away that I could receive help, Dr. Smith called me to tell me that I "wrong" about having mouth pain from his office and that in all his years of working with patients, none ever got mouth sores from him. He sounded incredibly defensive and angry with me as I was on the phone with him just trying to get relief. I apologized and said I wasn't trying to offend him but that I was just stating the facts as to what I experienced and what happened at the previous appointment. Dr. Smith continued to ruthlessly cut me off and try to prove to me that I got the ulcers elsewhere and not from my experience. The way in which he spoke to me was horrible and I have never been spoken to like that by a health care professional before. Needless to say, I will not return to Dr. Smith's office again and would advise others to do the same.

First time I had a chnace to do a review. I have been a patient of Dr Smith for over 10 years now. Dr Smith and his team are wonderful. He has been there for me when I didn't have a dentist and a fractured tooth. He fit me in seemelessly, and provide me with excellent care and advice. His team is just as exceptional, doing their jobs well while providing a friendly atmosphere. This entire practice engenders trust and styaisfaction.
I cannot recommend Dr Smith enough.
