All three of my children have seen Dr Gravitz for over 15 years now. While Dr. Gravitz and his hygienists are wonderful, his office manager/receptionist is a nightmare. Be warned! We received a call three weeks ago telling us that it was time for our kids’ annual cleaning. At the time I was in a meeting and could not talk. Since then I get phone calls 2 - 3 times a day (on my home and cell numbers) from Dr Gravitz's receptionist trying to set up an appt. When my husband told her to stop calling because we have more important issues right now to deal with (a diagnosis of colon cancer in the family) SHE CONTINUES TO CALL!!!! We cannot get her to stop! So be aware when you used Dr. Gravitz you'll also get saddled with the receptionist from hell ... so approach at your own peril.
