Diamond Dental Clinic has an excellent staff and all of them are very proficient at their craft, but what I don't like is the unnecessary procedures. Most of the time, I'm force to pay out-of-pocket expenses for procedures my insurance don't cover. When I asked why he charges for so many unnecessary procedures (in my opinion) he responded that he treat the customer for what they need not necessarily for what they can afford. I'm sorry but I just don't like that attitude. A simple cleaning could bankrupt you. So I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I need a new car, but I can't afford to buy one, so I don't get one.

Diamond Dental get 5 stars for excellent dental service, but only 2 stars for being customer-friendly.
