If I could give no star that's what it would be. Majority of the office staff is rude and nasty and Dr. O'neal does not care to hear about it from the patients. I believe the only reason they have the amount of patients they have is because it is a convenient location for most.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that O'Neal pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of his motives. Maybe he is facing financial difficulty. The doctor was insisting on giving me two root canals. One tooth was not hurting at all and was never sensitive to hot or cold. The other cavity was deep, but I had worst ones filled by other dentists in the past. I asked that the teeth be filled only. If I had any problems in the future I would come back. The fact that I politely disagreed may have been the reason I was punished by O'Neal. I was shocked when O'Neal hardly numbed the area around my gums before proceeding dispite my complaints of pain from the needle. Ifelt everything and for the first time in my life I was brought to tears from getting a simple tooth filled. I couldn't believe that O'Neal chose to ignore the pain he was causing me the entire time. Afterwards he didn't even make eye contact with me. He told me to go elseware to have the other tooth filled as he walked away. I will never go back there. I hope he gets help for what ever is going on in his life that would make him treat a patient the way I was treated.
