The staff uniformly is highly competent, helpful and enthusiatic in delivery of first rate dental care. They have responded promptly and accurately to my questions in their area of expertise and defer appropriately to Dr. Lenkaitis on matters out of their scope. They are able to provide everything they commit to and go above and beyond basic expectations. I have had no adverse experiences to complain of and know they adhere to the customer's understanding of requirements graciously. If appropriate (I have had none) they will take any complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that a patient is satisfied with their every visit.
