Fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. I'd continue my nearly 20 years with Dr. N and her staff if I hadn't moved. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I never experienced any unnecessary pain during my visits. Not only are they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and always exceeded my expectations. Dr. Nishimuras' primary concern is safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The office and treatment areas are VERY CLEAN. Something that I am having trouble finding down on the Cape.
