I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. She is a perfectionist and does everything to the best of her ability.

I am still HAVING problems b/c she decided to pull a tooth thinking it would straighten my mouth when i was a kid! HA! NOW I'm going to have to get braces anyways!!!!!!!!!!!!! STUPID DENTIST!!!
