I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The best part is he fixes what you go in for and does not try to push extra dental work on the patient. He is up front and straight to the point. I love this about him.
