I have been seeing Dr. Carlson for over 15 years. He and his staff have always been very polite and attentive. I have a pretty complicated medical history, and Dr. Carlson has been an amazing doctor to work with. When I go in, he often will tell me about new research or procedures that are being done for my issues. He has worked with me to get around medication issues without a second thought. He always asks about my family, and has great bedside manner. I really hope I never have to find a new dentist. It would be hard to find one as good as Dr. Carlson.

Very BAD experience with Dr. Carlson!! Be really careful on your bill if your insurance is out of network! Even the front desk staff told you it's in network, call your insurance to make sure because they might tell you yes but apparently is NOT!! I did root canal treatment and they told me to pay a specific amount........After 2 month, they bill me another huge amount!! Moreover, hundreds of dollars above the proposal without any emergency treatment!! The worst part is they didn't inform me anything during my 2-month visits (no joking)!! Other than the costs, I've been there so many time to adjust my crown because the lab they choose does not do the crown well. As a result, I have to take off work and run back and forth, but didn't get what I expect. Don't waste your money and time, NOT worth at all!!!
