The dentist was great. I got excellent care and no pain. I have had bad experiences with other dentists in my past but not here. I would highly recommend these dentists.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I found out that they don't have a good professional reputation among other dentists. Whenever I've heard other dentists talk about them it was obvious they weren't respected. Dr. Ragulsky is a great dentist. However his staff is rude and hateful. The receptionists are who you see first and that's the first impression you get. Hearing the girls gossip and talk about other staff members and being hateful towards patients is a shame. I will definitely be changing dentists after this last visit.
