They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I used to have really high anxiety when it came to dentists and I didn't go for over 10 years and I was in bad shape. Dr. Basnar and staff didn't make me feel guilty or bad in any way even though I was so embarrassed. I had a lot of work to be done that required several visits. Dr. Bas has got a great touch with the needles and I can now say I am cured of my fear of dentists!
