Dr. Perez is not a professional when it comes to kids. He was so rude to my son, who is only 6 yrs old. My family was attending his office for several years until he made some rude comments to my son & told him to leave because he was afraid of having his teeth cleaned, so now we found a better family dentist who can understand & care for anyone who is afraid of seeing the dentist.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They were supposed to check my insurance when I gave them the card and made the initial appointent. I asked them if they could tell me how much it would cost and if there would be any other fees, they said no. After the appointment they charged me and said that they didn't take the insurance although I had already given them that information and they had said there would be no additional cost. Also, they kept getting my appointments mixed up and rescheduling without verifying with me. The cost for a missed appointment is "$100 or more". I have nothing nice to say about this office and warn others before wasting their time here.
