I have been there for years..and usually very satisfied. I have even reffered others there. Today I was just trying to get some paperwork faxed to my sons Ortho. and find out when his last visit was. For the woman up at the front it seemed to be to much to handle. I called from the ortho office because she said that Golden West was Rude to her. And I even stuck up for them " no not them" and so I called and got even worse customer service. Was left on hold not once but twice for 10 min. And the second time I didn't even get an I'm sorry for keeping you on hold. So I hung up the second time and decieded to just drive over there. When I did the lady at the front was rude again. I told her that I was the customer that she left on hold for 10 min. and she said "SO" She then took another 5 min to get son's file. Then she wouldn't call to veryify my son's insurance and said I had to come back.... I am soooo fustrated with this place! VERY RUDE! Lets see what happens tomorrow. I have a appointment at 530. It may be the last time I go there... To bad for them. I have great Insurance!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
