Never had a problem with the front desk staff, personal calls while working on my teeth, or had my concerns dismissed, BUT I do think the staff is strickly business and the costs are high. I had a dental plan through Avia and still crowns and root canals were VERY expensive. I now have insurance and will report back how the price compares.

Worst so called dentist I've ever been to! I have been in severe pain ever since this nightmare started last May and now I have to find and pay another dentist to remove the implant that Tran put in. I went in last May to see if they could fix my bottom denture because it was not fitting well and I got fast talked into paying almost $5000 to have a new denture made and implants put in. Tran obviously screwed it up because the left side has gotten infected twice and they don't even hold the denture in place. The new denture he made are so poor fitting that I can fit my tongue up into the side of the denture and food goes directly up into the gaping hole every time I eat. I cannot even wear the denture because of the pain that it causes. I am now wearing my old one that I first went in to see if they could fix and it fits WAY better than what I just wasted paying $5000 for. I asked for and got a different dentist there but he does not want to do any adjustments either because he told me he is getting no money for trying to fix what Tran screwed up. He thinks I should make do with what the horrible denture they made. I will NOT just let them rip me off! I am picketing their office until I get my money back and an apology from Tran and the idiot Robert. I started today and they called the police twice but the police informed them that I had every right to picket them. If any of you would like to join me, I will be there tomorrow from around 11a to early afternoon and again on Thursday morning to early afternoon. I will not be there on Friday because I think they are closed but then I will resume next Monday. Come on down!!!! Don't let scam artists get away with this stuff!!!!!
