I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
I went in for a crown lengthening appointment and to put a crown on another tooth. When I arrived they proceeded to tell me that they don't have time to do the crown lengthening which was scheduled for a week. They didn't have another appointment after 3:30 until the end of the month (3 weeks). Then told me that they are very upset and maybe it would be better if I found someone who could accommodate my schedule. I wasn't the one who canceled last minute. I have to give them 24 hours notice. They acted as if it was all my fault. WHAT!?

They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. Every time appointment was waiting more than one hours, the Doctor was not patience
