I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
