They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

I absolutely adore Vicki and Rose (at the front) -- very friendly and caring. The dental-hygentist is amazing and very funny! Dr. Bull definitely knows what he's doing and has top of the line equipment.
