Dr. Roberts ruined my teeth trying to adjust them while he was treating me with dental implants (he invented them). My life is worse (was "treated" 5 years ago) as I have to continually have to visit dentists now. It has not helped so far He started trying to adjust my teeth, crowns and a bridge (non removable) included. I kept telling him "no" but he persisted, not explaining why or what he was doing. He ended up drilling the inner cusp off my first bicusped which was actually part of a 5 unit bridge put on 10 years before in San Francisco. He also was trying and did drill on front crowns I have. I told him there was nothing wrong with them. Just drilling insides of restorations and teeth everywhere. Also, the bridge soon cracked where he drilled off the cusp. He said after the drilling was free. Later he claimed to the state board he "was just polishing them." Why? He was not cleaning them. He is irresponsible. He may act better towards patients with private insurance now as someone Nothing was explained and I did not know he would be literally pounding the 2 implants in for hours. They failed 10 days after the final crowns went on. I complained, and went through senior legal but to no avail. As a cash paying patient, I lost more than health. He is extremely elderly--something like 80 years old, someone said. Also, there were frequent questions about my religious affiliation in the front office. Apparently he is a super religious 7th Day Adventist and the literature was in the waiting room on a revolving rack. You get into the middle of payment & treatment and they treat you bad and can get away with it.
