The staff at this office is courteous and professional. I cannot say the same thing about Dr. Dunn, however. When I asked him a couple of questions about his suggested treatment (a root canal), he became defensive, flippant, and fairly rude. The conversation when something like this:
Dr. Dunn: "You need a root canal"
Me: "Actually, I'd like to know what the possible causes are for the tooth pain I'm experiencing."
Dr. Dunn: "No, the question is whether or not you want to be out of pain. That's the question. And the answer is you need to have a root canal."
Me: "No, my question remains about possible causes."
Dr Dunn: he sort of grunted and walked out of the room.

Two years later my tooth is fine and never, remotely, required a root canal. Turned out it was still adjusting to a crown that had recently been put on. Everything's fine. I'm glad I didn't let that guy bully me into an unnecessary procedure
