I had a customer that noticed I had a bad tooth. He gave me Dr. Wilson's number and a brief history on the Dr. As soon as I finished with my customer, I called Dr. Wilson's office. They were very nice and helpful and willing to explore payment options with me (I have no insurance). The next morning it had gotten unbearable so I had my wife drop me off at their office (about 2 miles from home) on her way to work. I walked in, they remembered the phone call from yesterday, and asked if there was anyway to get a RX for antibiotics. They had me in a chair with an xray done and the dentist double checking within 15 min of walking in!!! Most dentists tell you what you are doing wrong, there was no judgement here, just a "Get the problem resolved" air of proficiency. Great job guys!!! I look forward to having Dr. Wilson extract my tooth, I know it will be a pleasant experience.

They answered every question and provided good information to me about 'tooth grinding' (not why I came but relevant to me all the same) and other issues. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed that when we discovered there was no serious dental issue to be dealth with today, they waived their regular fee and only charged me for the x-rays. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident that the tooth pain I was experience is not serious and will subside in time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return when I have further need of a dentist.
