Last December I had 5 crowns and a bridge done by Dr. Paul Jermaine . I pAID $9,000 for all these teeth.
Now all my crowns and bridge are giving me problems. I went to see another dentist to diagnose the problems, He told me that my bridge has a deep food pocket therefore I start to have gum disease so I went back to see Dr. Jermain in Hesperia to correct it. He denied any wrong doing. I remember well that His dental assistant put the bridge and some of the crowns, she kept grinding my crowns and my bridge. All the dental works were done by this assistant. I am now very sad to say this doctor is a shoddy dentist. Please Dr. Jermain, if you can't do the job then retire, and don't sit there and let your staff doing the job for you.
Because you are the one to be blamed for unskilled staff. Now I understand why my neighbors Diane and Edwin didn't go back to you.
Please retire if you don't want to do this job anymore.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. However, some problems that I came in with, such a bleeding gum were blown off and told to come back later if the problem persisted. The problems had lasted long enough to cause concern but they did eventually heal on thier own.
