Dr. Kirkpatrick ( "Dr. Steve" sounds like a hairdresser) is a very nice guy, thorough, and I trust his professional judgement. However, he went overboard for us with the "consultations4;, appointments scheduled separately from treatment appointments, to discuss what he had already told us during regular appointments, and for which we were (over)charged. We are always overcharged by Nancy, his wife/office manager. Sometimes it's for a service we did not get that day, sometimes a "computer error", sometimes a "misunderstanding", happens even when we have gotten a quote for service in advance. But there's always a need to revisit the bill. We transferred to another dentist.
