Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
