I had a root canal done after referral from my regular dentist because of an abscess. My dentist didn't explain anything, just that I needed to see Dr. Morris, which I did the next day. Dr. Morris also didn't explain anything, just said, "we need to get to work". Numbed my mouth and started the root canal without any explanation. However, not I have pain in the same tooth, so that seems indicative of an issue with the earler work.
