They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. I never had to doubt that they had a license. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. This practice definitely spends time and effort cleaning their restrooms. I have been to other practices that neglect their bathrooms, but this place was spotless!
