They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their full attention is always on me. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Dr. Urich is most competent, despite his unassuming manner; and infuses great confidence in his patients. He was highly recommended to me by a friend who was a former patient of his.

I went to John Urich,acupuncturist,several years ago and he helped me with recovering from pregnancy loss and preparing my body to become pregnant again. He also treated some back and neck pain I had been dealing with for years. It was truly amazing - the pain was gone quite suddenly. If you are in pain, give John Urich a call. He was kind and friendly and so was the rest of the staff.
