One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They definitely have some nice people working here. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I wasn't completely satisfied, but not unhappy either. They always take the time to listen to my input. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
