I really felt like they were happy to be helping me the entire time. I never once got the feeling that they were irritated or would rather be elsewhere. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The waiting room had a few magazines to look over while waiting. Right off the bat I noticed that the clinic smells fantastic inside. They must clean or sanitize all the time or have some great fragrance.

It is very important to Babs that her clients be as comfortable as possible. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. It is on the part of East Putnam Ave. that's on the other side of a median, so if you're going there for the first time, print out directions-- once you've been there once though, you will have no trouble finding it at all. Her office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Babs is really interested in getting to know the individuals that she treats, this is certainly not an impersonal doctor's office. She will remember you and your story. She is so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Babs is also very concerned with safety in the practice of acupuncture. She definitely knows what she's doing and will tell you that she uses pre-sterilized one-time-use needles. You don't have to worry that you're getting a questionable experience.
