Mark Ruskin is the very best practitioner I've ever seen in Santa Barbara! He has profoundly healed my mind, body, and spirit. When I first came to him I was a total wreck, in tremendous pain, with major anxiety and not sleeping. After working with hime for 2 months, I am literally a new person and am 90% pain free! Just go and see him! His acupuncture is the most effective and the most painless I'ver ever experienced.

Mark Ruskin is truly a gifted healer. He has helped me tremendously with my anxiety, depression, insomnia, and PTSD. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs have transformed my life and increased my quality of life tremendously.
