They have wonderful customer service. I had gift certificates that expired and they were gracious enough to still let me use them. I liked the feeling of the personal and facility as soon as I walked in. Putting their customers first, and making them comfortable is definitely a priority here. The chairs are so comfy and the water fountains very soothing. The ambiance could not have been better. I enjoyed my tea while experiencing my treatment. I will definitely be back, I did notice an improvement with just one session. I am impressed!! I wish I would not have waited so long to try acupuncture....

There is something special about Joan! I can't quite put my finger on it but perhaps it goes something like, "Joan climbs into your heart like he needles heal your body". Beyond that, Jone is personable, knowledgeable, approachable, congenial and an excellent technician. I highly recommend Joan for her ability, skill and great Acupuncturist/Patient interaction.
