One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
