It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They are salespeople and only only want to ensure you buy the most expensive glasses and contacts they have. Your own preferences are flowned upon. I tried to order my contact through 1-800-CONTACTS and they refused to confirm my prescription. BEWARE!
