This was my first visit to Dr. Lindsey Kintner's office for an eye exam. I signed in and within five minutes was called into an office where the gal did her exam with the machines (not sure of the proper terminology). Then after another five minutes Dr. Kintner began his exam. Afterward began my search for new frames. I was amazed when I walked into the huge back room which displayed an array of eye frames. It took me about an hour or more to choose just one pair. I wanted to pick another, but I didn't have another hour. The gal that assisted me was so very nice (and patient). Not once did she try to rush me or make me feel that I was taking up too much of her time. I received a call to pick up my glasses one week later. This was such a positive experience that I had to share, because I have had a few not-so-positive experiences at what I call the "quick-stop and shop" stores. Thank you Dr. Kintner and company for such great service!! I will highly recommend you to all my family and friends!!

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
