Doctor seemed fairly competent, but front desk and doctor herself repeatedly refused to verify my prescription with 1-800-contacts. First claimed it was expired, then failed to send it after promising multiple times. After a month of phone calls, they finally did send it one day before it expired thus trying to ensure it was useless.

I learned a lot about my legal rights when it comes to contact prescriptions. The federal law REQUIRES that all providers hand you a copy of your prescription when you walk out the door--whether you ask for it or not. And if the doctor does not "verify your prescription" with a contact seller after 8 business hours, the seller can go ahead and fill it without verification.

This office seems far too focused on maintaining control of my medical records and ensuring I only buy contacts from them. Take your business elsewhere....

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
