Dr. Mulgrew's optical staff (at the optical center) are extremely rude, unhelpful, confused, and unprofessional. I like Dr. Mulgrew but dislike the optical center staff so much, I will be looking for another provider. I actually received more help by calling other vision centers around town and just asking my questions. It is horrible. They are definitely in need of training!

I was pleased with the reception I got-very friendly. I enjoyed my visit. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Because of all the above service it is easy for them to get behind schedule. I would recommend you call ahead to see if they are running on time.
