I just went to Dr. Holle for the first time for my annual eye exam. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of the appointment (called and got an appointment the following day), the early office hours (7:00a.m. appointment times), and the staff's knowledge in how to navigate and obtain authorization from my insurance company.

I am a health care professional myself and it is obvious that Dr. Holle has invested in keeping his office and equipment up to date (electronic medical records) and ability to examine the retina without dilation.

The only complaint I could possibly make is the office staff didn't bring me a donut - lol (just kidding).

I would highly recommend Dr. Holle for your vision needs.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
