I bought a Groupon for my BFF for her birthday. She called to make an appointment and over the course of the next 10 months has been told some bogus excuse and rescheduled over and over again. This last time the person was SO extremely rude to her and told her to call Groupon to get her money back. This place needs to be reported to the BBB for fraud.

I scheduled my appointment with a Groupon certificate and like many others they cancelled the day of the appointment. Also they redeemed the Groupon as soon as I called.

The lady who called me (30 minutes) before my appointment was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. This was to be a Mother's Day gift and they totally ruined it.

I wouldn't recommend this place for free.

However Groupon was awesome and refunded my money for both purchases, I have a feeling now I wasn't the first person to call them.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Yes! It was very unprofessional!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
