About
Once a member, your membership includes full access to facilities, including free weights, cardio & Cybex/Atlantis machines, targeted classes, hot tub, steam, sauna, and fresh fruit on Fridays. Take advantage of our clothing line, our skin-care line (Osmosis), and our in-house esthetician and massage therapists.
Interested in playing baseball this summer, but the weather has you cooped up inside... ? Come into Nick's for a batting net rental and keep up on your game. We have two indoor nets and an Auto Tutor pitching machine. Keep practicing year round!
We currently have 5 personal trainers, all specializing in different areas of expertise.
Mr.Kapande (Nick) is a 5th DAN in TaeKwon-Do and is currently accepting students in his TaeKwon-Do program. Adults and children, age 5 and up, are welcome!
