Gold's Gym, now Prime Fitness, is a good gym if you are interested in really working out to improve your health and/or appearance. I have been a member for over a year and have always found the staff members, trainers and even other members very helpful and extremely friendly. I will recommend Prime Fitness to anyone who is serious about using physical exercise to improve his or her life. In fact, at my suggestion, my employer just recently signed up for a Corporate Membership and Prime Fitness now has five new members and each one of them is really enjoying what Prime Fitness has to offer.

This review is in response to Someone who "Works Out" and Leslie. Obviously neither one of you have ever been to a decent gym, where ALL of the equipment is in working order. Leslie, seriously, are you kidding me, the machines are old and falling apart. The reason why people do not have to wait around to use them is because they don't have any members, besides you two. I agree with Chris, this gym is in very bad shape, and poorly ran. The machines are out of date, and the front desk staff aren't always the friendliest.
