Cariann Stafford, LPN, LMBT

Cariann has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1992, a CPR instructor since 1993 and a Licensed Massage Therapist since graduating from Natural Touch School of Massage in 2004. She became a Certified Infant Massage Instructor through the International Association of Infant Massage in October of 2004. Cariann began providing massage in Burlington, NC in 2004, when she opened Alamance Therapeutic Massage, LLC. Over the years, Cariann has trained in many different modalities, such as Massage Cupping, Myofascial work, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Yoga Massage and most recently Craniosacral Therapy.

As a result of a growing clientele base and the good fortune of several wonderful therapists and service providers joining her, Cariann formed a group practice, Alamance Wellness Studio in 2012. Among the many services available at the studio are: Acupuncture, Ashiatsu, Yoga, Pilates, Meditation Classes, Reflexoloy Life Coaching and much more!

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When I arrived for my appointment Cari seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. She went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
