Anyone can write a review of a company, good bad, or otherwise. Reading customer reviews is an important part of making a sound decision, especially when selecting a massage therapist. However, before you judge a company on negative or suggestive reviews, do a little digging. Verify the facts. Some people get mad when they don't get their way, especially in facilities like these. Also bare in mind that there are professional massage thrapy places out there, and there are unprofessional places. Questions are free, people. Ask as may as you like. Just don't get mad if the answer is no. There is no need to try to destroy a person's livlihood because you had your feelings hurt and/or your pride wounded.

I saw Sandy on Saturday (Jan 12). My BP was really high - 170/105 in the afternoon. After my 60 minutes at East West, I felt very relaxed. When I got home and checked my BP again it had dropped to 135/85. What more can I say? "Perfect" is what comes to mind.
