Been a long time customer of Renee‘s. We have purchased a gift certificate there for me and my wife for massage because of life issues. We were not able to get there right away and the gift certificate expired by three weeks. I asked to speak to the owner a few times with no return phone call, I don’t think it was a good thing to do they lost a customer. They had two girls waiting to give them massages. They lost out on their tips and they lost a customer. They couldn’t even return a phone call when I asked.
