The staff at Mind & Body Holistic Spa are very nice and friendly. They greet you with a friendly welcome. I began going to Mind & Body to help with a short-term sports injury. I kept going after I was recovered because I feel that it helps me prevent injury and bounce back quickly from a difficult workout. Foad customizes my massage to whatever I need for that time. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing, and the staff is very professional.
