Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I loved that they just let me take a nap and relax during my massage, and didn't constantly try to make conversation. I got a massage to relax, and I appreciated that they let me do that.
