Overall this would be a great place if the staff were more professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the staff consists of all young ladies who has no experience with dealing with the public. They never say hello or smile or is willing to help you when you have a question or issue, but when you go in the back they talk about you. There's only one African American female that works there who wears a long straight weave and unfortunately she's the worst. I wish that sister's could just be cordial to others you give us such a bad name. One day I was leaving the facility with my baby and was having trouble with the door and the Asian Doctor who works there wouldn't even help me with the door he just stood and watched. I have never experienced anything like this before. Unfortunately, I continue to go for the services because there isn't another facility close to me. I'm so sorry that I have to go so that I can get well otherwise I would never go back.
