I saw Karen David when I was attending an intensive outpatient eating disorder treatment center, and then privately after I had finished the program. She was sooo instrumental in my recovery!! She taught me so many things I don't know where to start! Basically, I will NEVER diet again because Karen taught me how to lose weight by eating more of the eight foods, instead of restricting calories. She also taught me not to be afraid of "bad foods" and that deprivation only sets me up for a binge later on. No foods are "bad", there are just some foods that you wanna choose to eat More Often, and some choose to eat Less Often. If only everyone had a Karen David in their life!! Thank you Karen for your constant encouragement and support!!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
